Registration Fee:
$75.00 per child.
Includes jersey and insurance. All football
players must wear a mouth piece during games and
practice. Tackle players must wear a helmet, pads
(shoulder, hip, buttock and thigh) and rubber cleats. No
metal cleats allowed.
Weight Limits:
7 yr old ball carrier
position can not exceed 90 lbs. and all other positions
130lbs.
8 yr old ball carrier position can not exceed 100 lbs.
and all other positions 140 lbs.
9 yr old ball carrier position can not exceed 110 lbs
and all other positions 170 lbs.
10 yr old ball carrier position can not exceed 120 lbs.
and all other positions 180 lbs.
11 & 12 yr old ball carrier positions can not exceed 135
lbs. and all other positions 195 lbs.

Flag 5 & 6 / Jr. Tackle 7 & 8 / Tackle One 9 - 12 must
be of age by September 1st

Registration Fee:
$75.00 per child.
Includes practice uniform, insurance, cheer clinic and
competition t-shirt.
Uniforms are $100 plus tax and are to be purchased from the company determined by WOYSA.
Uniforms include shell, skirt, bloomers, socks, hair bow
and set of pom-poms.
Your child will also need plain WHITE tennis shoes. It does not
matter what brand, so long as they are basically solid
white. WOYSA and Cheer Athletica accepts cash or
money orders only.

Age Requirements (boys
and girls): **Must be 4 yrs old by July 31,
2012 for recreational soccer. LSA age requirements will
apply to all Competitive Soccer and Recreational Soccer.
Fall Registration Fee:
$75.00 includes insurance.
Fall & Spring Registration Fee:
$130.00 includes insurance and one spring team photo.
End of the year tournament held at the end of the spring
season.
Recreation Uniform Fee:
$20.00 includes jersey, shorts, and socks.
Players must supply their own shin guards and cleats.
